Master of Entertainment Industry Management – MEIM Online
Business entertainment professionals promote people, products and events related to recreation: books, film, games, music, sports and much more. Many work as agents representing artists or athletes, while others find employment in the marketing department of a movie studio or sports team. A Master of Entertainment Industry Management (MEIM) can give you a good head start in this competitive field, and a secondary major or minor in the field you wish to specialize in (such as music or sports) could also prove helpful.

Master of Entertainment Industry Management – Job Outlook
In 2006 there were about 25,000 people employed in business entertainment, and the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics expects that number to grow anywhere from 7% to 13% through 2016. As with most business fields, completing an internship and/or earning a master’s degree will almost certainly bring you better job opportunities.
