Loyola University New Orleans is a private non-for-profit Catholic institution that emphasizes the Jesuit tradition of education and is one of 28 Jesuit colleges and universities in the United States. It is open to students of all faiths.
Choosing Loyola means that you’ve not only chosen an innovator in nursing education, you’ve also chosen a program where your financial needs are recognized. Besides maintaining a very competitive tuition rate, you may choose to defer up to 90 percent of tuition and fees until the end of the semester in which they are incurred if you are participating in an employer-sponsored tuition reimbursement program.
Almost all courses are taught by full-time faculty and 91 percent hold doctoral or equivalent degrees in their area of expertise. Professors have been recognized nationally and internationally by the Pulitzer Committee, the National Science Foundation, the National Endowment for the Humanities, and by numerous other professional and scholarly associations.

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) – Specialization in Health Care Systems Management (MSN-HCSM)
The MSN with emphasis in Health Care Systems Management (HCSM) program is developed for nurses in today’s health field – those who need the foundation, skills, leadership and expertise to navigate health care roles as a system and understand how organizational units function together as collaborative units at every level.
Delivered by a recognized researching and speaking faculty, professors in the School of Nursing are affiliated with local hospitals to provide consultation and practice within the context of those facilities. This ongoing expertise allows the programs to feature a practical side of real-world application into the coursework, not just theory and textbook.
