Advance Your Business Career with an Organizational Management Certification Program

Some organizational management certificate programs are undergraduate programs, requiring a high school diploma (or its equivalent) to enroll and offering you credits that can sometimes be applied toward an associate’s degree. Others are graduate programs that require you to have a bachelor’s degree to enroll and provide credits that can count toward a graduate degree (usually an accredited MBA).

Organizational management is a set of skills, not an occupation, so the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics does not track employment data related to it. However, positions that make extensive use of this skill set — such as administrative services manager — are expected to grow by about 12% through 2022. As with most business specializations, having more education and experience will give you access to better positions.
