Working Professionals Can Benefit From Earning an Online MBA in Sustainability

According to a recent Babson-Sloan report, more than one in four students are enrolled in at least one web-based course, and most higher education institutions believe that increasing the availability of online classes and degrees, like MBA's and project management certificates, is critical for their long-term success. In fact, schools such as Antioch University New England (AUNE) are launching online components to existing classroom-based programs.

Working Professionals Can Benefit From Earning an Online MBA in Sustainability example, officials from the school recently announced that it will offer an online MBA in sustainability (Green MBA).
"We're expanding our program to reach people of various learning styles in all geographic locations," said Polly Chandler, chair of the department of Organization and Management and director of the program at AUNE. "We're making it more flexible for people who can't come to Keene. We now have three program options, so it's easier to get an MBA."
The program provides working professionals with training in leadership, the environment, management, finances, collaboration and systems thinking. Students can complete the 24-month weekend MBA program, the accelerated Green MBA program - which can be completed in less than 12 months - or the online version of the track.
