RN/BSN Program
The College of Nursing at Kent State University, considered the “Home of Professional Nurse Leaders” is pleased to offer Registered Nurses (RNs) an online program dedicated to the advancement of nursing and continued improvement in overall health care.
This CCNE-accredited RN/BSN online program teaches RNs not only leadership and management skills, but increases their knowledge in health promotion, disease prevention, risk reduction with the expectation of developing highly sought after nurse leaders equipped to take on roles of greater responsibility and can influence the future of health care procedures and policy.

Master of Music in Music Education Program
Kent State’s Master of Music focuses on the music education curriculum in choral, instrumental, and general music. Courses in technology, music theory and history, and world music are geared to their contemporary application in the K-12 music classroom. You’ll also benefit from -

Teachers who wish to complete the Master of Music in Music Education program must first meet the following Kent State University requirements for admission, evidence of graduation in good standing from an accredited Bachelor of Music degree in music education program; and a minimum music GPA of 3.0 and at least a 2.77 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) for overall college coursework. In addition, the Hugh A. Glauser School of Music requires you to have current teaching licensure or teacher certification in at least one state.
