West Virginia University (WVU) is a public, land-grant institution founded in 1867. WVU has produced 24 Rhodes Scholars, 22 Truman Scholars, 35 Goldwater Scholars, 27 Fulbright Scholars, 8 Boren Scholars, 5 Gilman Scholars, 5 USA Today All-USA College Academic First Team Members, 3 Department of Homeland Security Scholars, 2 British Marshall Scholars, and 2 Morris K. Udall Scholars. In 2012 alone, WVU announced five Fulbright Scholars.

M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC)

WVU’s M.S. in IMC degree is earned completely online through successful completion of 13 courses (each course is 3 credit hours, totaling 39 credit hours required for graduation). Each student completes an introductory course, seven core courses, four electives and a capstone course.

Designed for the working professional, course scheduling in the WVU IMC program is flexible. Unlike other cohort-based programs, our students determine their own pace – from deciding how many courses to take per term to choosing which electives best suit their needs.

WVU IMC was the first online integrated marketing communications master’s degree program in the nation and has been graduating leading communication professionals since 2005. The WVU IMC program is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.
