Pepperdine’s online MBA program is designed for working professionals who are employed full time and seek an ambitious program in a flexible online environment. The core curriculum of this rigorous program covers such topics as marketing and financial management, behavior in organizations, and quantitative analysis for business operations. In addition, you may choose one of four concentrations: finance, leadership and managing organizational change, marketing, or general management. The general management concentration allows you to choose courses from across the other three concentrations. These options allow you to tailor your online MBA experience to your specific interests.
